2.2 Access by Fincentive Corp. Team

Your data will only be accessed by Fincentive Corp. team members under the following conditions:

• If you request add-on services requiring our team to create custom solutions or services specifically for your business.
• In such cases, all employees, directors, owners, founders, and affiliates of Fincentive Corp. who access your data are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), ensuring the confidentiality of your information.

3. Confidentiality

3.2 Non-Disclosure Obligations
