Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of services provided by Fincentive Corp. ("we," "our," or "us"), including AI automation systems, custom AI agents, AI-generated content, custom-coded websites, digital advertising services, SEO services, and business consulting. This policy applies to all clients, users, and third parties who interact with any service or deliverable produced by Fincentive Corp.
By engaging Fincentive Corp.'s services, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your service agreement without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
1. Prohibited Uses — AI Systems and Agents
You must not use any AI agent, automation workflow, or AI-assisted system delivered by Fincentive Corp. to:
- Generate, distribute, or automate hate speech, discriminatory content, or material that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Create deepfakes, synthetic media, or AI-generated audio/video that misrepresents real individuals without their explicit consent
- Produce non-consensual intimate imagery or any sexually explicit content involving real or synthetic representations of minors
- Generate, test, or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing content, or any software designed to harm, deceive, or gain unauthorized access to systems
- Automate spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or mass outreach that violates Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or any applicable anti-spam law
- Conduct unauthorized data scraping, harvesting, or surveillance of individuals or organizations
- Generate disinformation, deliberately false content, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour intended to manipulate public opinion
- Impersonate other businesses, individuals, or organizations in a manner likely to deceive
- Automate or assist in any activity that constitutes fraud, identity theft, or financial crime
2. Prohibited Uses — AI-Generated Images
You must not use AI-generated images delivered by Fincentive Corp. to:
- Create or distribute content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any form
- Produce deepfake imagery of real individuals without their explicit written consent
- Generate images designed to defame, harass, or damage the reputation of any real person or organization
- Reproduce, closely imitate, or pass off AI-generated images as the original work of specific living artists without attribution or consent
- Create images intended to deceive consumers about the nature, origin, or quality of a product or service in violation of consumer protection laws
3. Prohibited Uses — Custom Websites and Digital Properties
You must not use any custom-coded website or digital property developed by Fincentive Corp. to:
- Host, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal content including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, pirated software, or controlled substances
- Operate phishing pages, fake login pages, or any site designed to steal credentials or personal information
- Distribute malware or facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems
- Engage in illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, or other regulated activities without appropriate licences
- Violate any applicable privacy law including PIPEDA by collecting personal data without proper consent mechanisms
4. Prohibited Uses — Digital Advertising Services
Where Fincentive Corp. manages digital advertising campaigns on your behalf, you must not instruct us to create or run advertisements that:
- Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims about your products or services
- Target minors with age-inappropriate content or products
- Violate the advertising policies of Google, Meta, or any platform on which campaigns are managed
- Promote illegal products, services, or activities in any applicable jurisdiction
- Use unauthorized testimonials, fake reviews, or fabricated social proof
5. Permitted Uses
Fincentive Corp.'s services are designed for lawful, ethical business use including:
- Automating legitimate business workflows such as appointment booking, CRM management, invoicing, and client communications
- Generating marketing copy, blog content, and business communications for review and publication
- Creating AI-generated images for commercial marketing, advertising, and branding purposes within applicable copyright and platform guidelines
- Building custom websites and digital tools for legitimate business operations
- Running compliant paid advertising campaigns to attract customers for lawful products and services
- Using AI agents to handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and support client service operations
6. Your Responsibility for End Users
If you deploy any AI agent, automation system, or digital property built by Fincentive Corp. for use by your own customers or end users, you are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your end users are informed that they are interacting with an AI system where required by law
- Implementing appropriate safeguards to prevent your end users from using Fincentive Corp.-built systems in violation of this AUP
- Complying with all applicable consumer protection, privacy, and AI transparency laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your end users
- Any harms caused to third parties through your deployment or misuse of Fincentive Corp. deliverables
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Fincentive Corp. reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate any service upon discovering or receiving credible reports of AUP violations, without prior notice and without refund
- Report violations to relevant authorities including law enforcement, platform providers, and regulatory bodies where required or appropriate
- Seek injunctive relief and damages for violations that cause harm to Fincentive Corp. or third parties
- Permanently ban repeat violators from all current and future Fincentive Corp. services
Termination under this policy does not limit any other legal remedies available to Fincentive Corp.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of Fincentive Corp. services or deliverables that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

9. Updates to This Policy
This AUP may be updated as our services evolve and as the legal landscape around AI develops. We will post updates on this page with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
